After School Activities in Term 3
We are excited to introduce our Term 3 After-School Activities. These activities provide students with opportunities to explore new interests, develop skills, and enjoy time with friends beyond the classroom.
This term’s activities include a variety of options such as sports, storytelling, music, technology, creative problem-solving, and student leadership opportunities. Clubs are designed for different age groups so that all students can participate in activities that match their interests and developmental level.
Students will be able to join activities including Multi-Sports Club, Story Time Club, Computer Skills Club, Piano Club, Maze Club, School Magazine Club, and Stomp Club. In addition, older students will have the opportunity to propose and run Student-led Clubs, encouraging leadership, creativity, and initiative within our school community.
- Sign up for Term 3 activities by Friday, 20th March, using the form below.

CIS Community Voices Survey
As part of our preparation for the next stage of our Council of International Schools (CIS) accreditation, we are gathering reflections from members of our school community about their experiences at the school.
The Council of International Schools is a global organisation that works with international schools to promote high standards of education, student well-being, and continuous school improvement. Our school has been accredited by CIS since 2012, and the accreditation process supports us in reflecting on our practice, recognising our strengths, and identifying areas for further development.
This short survey invites you to share your perspective on what makes our school unique and how our guiding principles are experienced in everyday school life. Your responses will help us better understand how our mission, values, and culture are experienced by the community.
All responses are confidential and will be reviewed in summary form only. Individual responses will not be attributed to specific individuals.
Parents will also have opportunities to engage directly with the accreditation process. Parent representatives will be invited to meet with the CIS visiting team during their visit in May this year, and again during the team evaluation visit planned for May 2027.
The survey should take approximately 3–5 minutes to complete.
Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and support the continued development of our school.
International Day
We are hoping to organise an International Day during Term 3 to celebrate the many cultures within our UHIS community. This special event would give students the opportunity to learn about different countries, traditions, foods, languages, and customs from around the world.
To make this event successful, we would love the support of parents and families. Volunteers might help by sharing something from their culture, preparing a small activity, bringing traditional food, or helping organise displays and experiences for students.
At this stage, we would simply like to know if parents are interested in helping. If you would like to be involved or have ideas to contribute, please contact the Admin Office or your child’s teacher.
If there is enough interest from families, we will share more details about the event later in Term 3. We look forward to celebrating our diverse and international community together.
