Miss Staines - 2025/26

Miss Staines’s Weekly Update- T3 W5

I hope you all had a lovely Children’s Day!

This week we have had fun getting hands on in IPC! We have been learning about shadows and how they can get smaller, bigger and move around! Also, since our topic has also focused on climate, we realised the temperature and climate is perfect for planting seeds to grow! We hope our sunflowers grow soon!

In Literacy, we have looked at narratives and planned out our own ready for next week. We will be writing from the perspective of the Wisp, travelling through the refugee camp. We can’t wait to share our stories with you.

In Maths, Y4 have almost finished their Shape topic, ready for the test next week. Year 3 are persevering through Time, learning all about days, weeks, months and leap years! There are so many numbers to remember!
