The cherry blossoms are just beginning to bloom, and the school feels especially quiet without the students; only the gentle hum of maintenance work can be heard throughout the school. We hope that everyone is enjoying a restful and refreshing holiday.

After-School Activities start in Term 3 – Week 2
International Day
Unfortunately, we did not receive enough interest to proceed with International Day in the way we had originally planned. However, we will be organising a smaller, in-school event to ensure students can still enjoy and celebrate the spirit of the occasion.
The Garden
Our school garden has now been cleaned and prepared, and it is ready for planting as we welcome the arrival of spring.
We welcome any families who are interested in trying their hand at gardening or small-scale farming to get involved. The garden beds are ready, and all necessary tools are available. Families are also welcome to bring their own plants or seeds, and we will be happy to find a place for them in the garden. It is a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time outdoors as a family while contributing to our school community.
We will soon begin planting our usual range of fruits and vegetables, and we would greatly appreciate support from volunteers to help care for them throughout the season. The garden can be made available during school time and possibly at weekends for responsible gardeners and their families.
