This week, our Year 1–2 students enjoyed their very first Art lesson! We began by learning the “Rainbow Song” and exploring different colours through fun activities and a colour-finding game. The students then drew their own faces and experimented with a variety of colours to create colourful backgrounds. Finally, they added human figures to their colourful artworks, exploring how colours and shapes can be used to express themselves.
It was wonderful to see the children having fun, being creative, and confidently exploring art through colour!
