This week, our Year 7–9 students continued building on their AI brand advertising project.
Students who completed their car brand concepts and video advertisements moved on to the next creative stage. In this phase, they began designing a series of five advertising posters using everyday products such as shampoo, toothpaste, and other common household items.
Rather than creating videos, students focused on visual design. Each poster combines a well-known piece of artwork with a modern product, reimagining the scene in a humorous or imaginative way. For example, figures from famous paintings are transformed into brand ambassadors, appearing as if they are promoting the product themselves.
Through this activity, students explored creativity, visual storytelling, and design thinking, while also developing an understanding of how advertising can draw inspiration from art and culture.
